Disappointing. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to treating myself to a facial but the customer service was very poor. The therapist took a phone call when she was with me, and had her phone notifications on whilst I was having my facial. The facial itself was okay, mainly clearing out blackheads and generally nice but she didn't explain what was happening, which is a bit disconcerting with microdermabrasion. She was also a bit late, and walked in and out of the room.
