Rania started the treatment, then left the room to speak to someone (they knocked on the door and she told them to come in while I had no trousers on!) Another lady came and did the wax. She was lovely, but missed some quite big strips of hair and I was left with lots of wax residue. I had to ask for the other eyebrow to be done that Rania hadn’t finished.

Waited 45mins before they even showed me what lashes they were going to use, they were standard clumped lashes you can buy from Tesco, said they would give me a refund but never did it. Avoid
