I didn't have Anna but the therapist I had was great. I had a very painful shoulder and she listened and within 36hours I was pain free. Much better instantly and the pain subsided. I had tried icing and heating my shoulder but not help.

Massage felt amateur. No structure to the massage, I think she originally thought I had booked for 30 mins, then realised after she had dried oil off and left room she would need to come and put oil on and do another half hour.
Massage was repetitive and sloppy unfortunately, left without major knots being attended to. Frustrating and not cheap.

Professionalism at its best, what a great staff, so welcoming and friendly, i felt so relaxed while my time at saloon, eyebrow threading was on spot , so perfect that i decided to do the full face and ended with so relaxing Back, neck and shoulder massage.
Highly recommend this place , I heard alot about Facials at this saloon which I am definitely gonna try Next time, Thank you so much for a relaxing Day.

Booked an appointment last minute, pre-paid. Terrible customer service by the owners, I then get told there's no time left, even though I'd paid. Eventually I sit down for a simple eyebrow wax to be told the wax wasn't available/hot so I'd need to be threaded. I argued for the wax, of which there was some just in the other room. The beautician was clearly unhappy did a rushed job,after which I asked for a tidy and she said they were now closed so could Icome back to finish off tomorrow morning??
