I booked in for a £40 facial. The person doing my treatment had a few suggestions, I asked how much would anything extra cost and was told that I will be informed of it. I was never informed of any extra prices of what extra treatment was being done. When my facial was done I was charged £100 instead of £40!! I was shocked. I was given a price drop and was charged £80. The fact that the “skin specialist” just decides to add extra treatments on my skin and not ask for my consent is concerning.
