Radia was absolutely lovely, really professional and friendly and really cared about customer satisfaction.
Sadly, she seemed to of just snapped a lot of the hairs off at the surface instead of removing as I had regrowth within a week, which came with a rash like a shaving rash which I've never had before. Such a shame as she was so nice, but really unhappy with end results.
