Terrible customer service by the owners, I then get told there's no time left, even though I'd paid. Eventually I sit down for a simple eyebrow wax to be told the wax wasn't available/hot so I'd need to be threaded. I argued for the wax, of which there was some just in the other room. The beautician was clearly unhappy did a rushed job,after which I asked for a tidy and she said they were now closed so could Icome back to finish off tomorrow morning??
