This was the first day back after lockdown so I do acknowledge that it may take time to get back into the swing of things! Treatment itself was good - functional as opposed to relaxing though. The room wasn’t prepped before I went in so there was a lot going on with equipment moving in and out etc. No relaxing music or anything. Was interrupted halfway through by a knock on the door to get some equipment out of the room. Treatment wasn’t explained eg. What was going to happen, what products used
