She was so lovely and very generous with products and giving hair advice, even added a bit of head massage when washing my hair. Really listens to your requests and make sure you have a relaxing time. I'm very happy with my hair cut.
I have been going to Glitters for nearly 6 years now. This visit was for my mum, she loves her haircut and it's just what she wanted, she has had quite a few comments on how nice it looks
I hate to write a bad review for anything, but don't have anything good to say about my experience unfortunately.
- I was left waiting for an hour before I was even seen to (I wish now I had just left, I should have done).
- I was talked into getting layers that I wasn't sure I wanted, and agreed to long layers, but the hairdresser really went to town with the layers, leaving my hair incredibly choppy and extreme - and nothing resembling the pictures I showed her at the beginning. I feel like she just did what she thought would be best, and not at all what I wanted.
- I thought it would be okay once I'd washed and styled it myself - as new haircuts often are - but I could see then that the layers aren't even straight. It really looks bad and I will have to go to another salon to get it fixed.
I'm so annoyed that I was talked into something I didn't want, and then it was poorly executed, not to mention the rudeness of leaving customers waiting for an hour without a cup of tea or anything. I couldn't recommend it.
