Worst haircut I’ve ever received!! Firstly I was double booked and had to wait 35 mins, then I was rushed through the quickest hair wash and cut (less than 20 mins) and quite honestly left the place crying. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not worth the money.

My appointment was 30 minutes behind schedule, they had clearly forgotten about my appointment and fitted me in, in the space of 5 minutes. I paid for a wet cut and she didn’t put any water on my hair - I specifically said I wanted a blunt cut but she gave me horrendous layers round the front and literally cut my hair diagonally. Appalling service and the worst cut I’ve ever had. Would like my money back.
