I had my hair cut with full head of highlights. I left with uneven tones through out, a stripe of blonde light in patches across my part and my hair cut had a 1cm longer piece than the rest of my hair which I discovered in the mirror the next day. I called to have it fixed but cancelled as didn’t trust this to be corrected properly
