I booked here as my usual place was booked the first week of salons opening up. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged so I sat down and waited.30 minutes later someone said hello and sorry for the wait. The stylist finally came for me 45 mins after my appointment time. She was stressed and had been working none stop all day. She was lovely but I was unhappy with the cut (very rushed) and am now wearing my hair up. I contacted the salon directly but have had no reply. Would not recommend.
