I paid for the full head tint with blow dry - but when she started to dry my hair, I wasn’t asked what kind of blow dry I wanted, and when I asked if I could get curls the stylist said it would be more expensive which took me by surprise.

Given a coffee on arrival which was lovely. No small talk but just talking about my hair. She was happy to adjust once finished as I preferred. It was a great experience.
