I booked ladies wet haircut but I only get haircut and no shampooing and conditioning. The description is misleading and you don't get what you paid for

The salon was very busy but the receptionist and hairdresser were very helpful and accommodating. Particularly reassuring and kind to the 5 yr old having his haircut.
