Shirley was great! Friendly and bubbly. Listened to the exact style I wanted and gave her expertise on what would suit best. Love my new haircut and style. The girls in the salon were all friendly & welcoming.
Ladies' Haircuts
The hairdresser was super chatty and a bit rough with my hair, but she was also attentive and I am happy with my haircut.
However, there was a misunderstanding with my booking and I was happy to pay the extra amount. When I wanted to go out to go to the post office nearby to get more cash out, I was not allowed my coat and it was freezing cold outside. Clearly the young man at the counter was afraid I would run away without paying. This was insulting enough but after I paid and reached the door, the guy at the counter shouted "Bollocks!" at me, as if I was trying to trick them. I had clearly said to the hairdresser that the online option was for "wash and Cut" and I did not realize this doesn't include a fringe cut. I never refused to pay the full amount.
It is a shame since I was happy with my haircut but their staff need some customer care training urgently. This behaviour was simply rude and insulting from some guy at the counter sitting there in his sweat pants. I will not come back.
