Rude Staff - felt more like a youth club (receptionist was constantly talking to friends that came in) / crèche (lots of kids running around screaming - knocking my chair as they did.) It wasn't relaxing at all.
Salon was unclean and untidy.
Ellie did a horrible job on my nails too - Normally I would have gone back for them to correct, but she did such a bad job I didn't want her to go near them again.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Overall it was OK, staff were efficient and friendly, although the venue wasn't that presentable. For the cost it wasn't bad but probably wouldn't go back.
Eyelash Extensions
The pedicure itself was very good, except of the shaping of the nails. The venue itself though is not nice - pedicure was done at the basement, which was quite messy. Also, had received a call just a few hours before the appointment saying that they would not be able to do it, and the person on the phone did not speak English at all. So at the end, because it was impossible to communicate, they kept my appointment.

Pedicure done out of a bucket, but excellent job on the pedicure. Very detailed and thorough!
