Jodie was fantastic. She provided a full service, from talking through what I wanted done to helping with how I can maintain my length and style. Products were quality too! Jodie was very welcoming and friendly :)
Ladies' Haircuts
If staff isn't available the booking system should be updated in the morning so customers cant book a service the day of treatment and only be told on arrival the person isn't coming in.
Third time I've had extensions now at different salons and this is by far the best value for money. They were applied quickly but with care, and none have fallen out yet whereas at other salons a few had shed by now. Despite the actual treatment being great, unfortunately the salon was quite chaotic, I had a 25 minute wait and they thought I was having a different treatment, and the beautician couldn't really answer some of my questions. Despite this, I will come back for infills as it is good value for money.
Eyelash Extensions
The salon was very noisy and it's not a particularly relaxing experience but the job was done very well, my nails look really good.
