No one was at the venue and says it was closed so not happy with that at all. Should not allow bookings on treateell if you’re closed. And inform customers

Arrived for my appointment and the place wasn’t open. Waited almost 30 minutes and still didn’t arrive. Looked at previous reviews and other customers have had the same experience. Completely unprofessional, and a complete disregard for other people’s time. Your business deserves to go bankrupt, and I will be manifesting that it does.
