Aiman is a lovely lady, but I am not sure about her skill level. I booked for a layered cut to change my straight lob into a shorter bob with layers and light bangs. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and off we went. The cut came out very short, not even remotely like the picture with blunt steps and the front bits above my ears. Their prices are affordable, so I would still recommend them for very basic trims.
