I have my waxing done every month year, usually on a Thursday and I am normally very happy, however, today was overcharged by £10. I told Rupa it was £25 and she said no I used part hot wax, so not happy, this is the 2nd time this same lady has over charged me, I will stick to paying online and will stick to my usual Thursday.
