As I walked in for my appointment, there was hand sanitizer and tissues just inside the door. Lubna welcomed me and checked with me what I was having done. I was then asked to sit at the chair ready for my treatment. Lubna was very chatty and very professional. We both more masks throughout which was not a problem for me. Overall a very good experience, especially as you pre book your appointment online for your convenience so no hanging around 😊

Never ask a customer if she is pregnant, (I'm not!). It's very bad manners! Ruined the whole experience.
