First of all was the washing of the hair which I had specifically said I couldn't my ear wet as I have a perforated ear drum. I had to put the towel over my ear in the end. The blow dry was the worst I've ever had, I had to take the hairdryer from her in the end and try and smooth down my hair. All she kept saying was I haven't finished and you have thin hair - a: I don't have thin hair and b: even if I did, what difference does that make. She cannot blow dry good enough to charge for it
