I went in for a straight haircut, expecting a refined trim. I would expect a certain level of finesse even with a trim with a basic inclination to ensure the shape and fall is right, and that ends don’t look clunky and uneven. Unfortunately my hair looks like it’s been cut by an amateur. The appointment was for 5.30 pm but the staff insisted that they were inconvenienced by how ‘late’ it was Not to mention, ‘card is closed so please go out & withdraw cash’. A hurried, below-par experience.
