The didn't do clipper cut which I what I wanted for my daughter however when I agreed on scissor cut, they insisted that it may not turn out a straight cut, it could be a U cut or up /down as they said. They said my daughters hair was curly where as her hair is wavy to straight and by wetting it they hair it is possible to give it a straight cut. I left the pace feeling uneasy as they didn't seem confident and went to different place down the road where they gave a scissor cut and it was very straight
