When I came, she had no clue that I had booked the appointment. She had no clue on what the appointment was for. Eventually when she proceeded to do the hair wash, she was very rough. When she asked about the haircut, I showed her a picture of how my hair looked just after a haircut, she said it’s fine. She ended up cutting my hair in layers. Straightened my hair half wet and didn’t use any heat protection. Horrible service

The venue wasn’t clean she was pulling hair out the brushes infront of me before she used them on me, the blow dry technique wasn’t what I had seen before and I was nervous how it was going to turn out, it looked nice in the end but I did have to curl some bits myself once I was home
