She told me she was done with my hair after the blow dry after just drying my hair and leaving it in a bush. Said due to electricity and costs that she doesn’t blow dry customers hair straight. I asked her if she can please blow dry it straight and then touch it up with straighter, charged me an extra tenner. I was not happy with my cut or hair, it was not a salon feeling at all. Would not recommend. £45 down the drain.
