The haircut was fine - a basic trim. The colour itself was a lovely shade but is really far from the root (annoying, as it already looks like I have regrowth). The distance between the highlight and the root isn’t consistent across my hair which is frustrating. Also, I didn’t feel like my requests were being listened to. While
I’m happy-ish with the final result, I felt like the things I asked for were ignored. The appointment took over three hours because there were a lot of other customers having their hair done at the same time. This wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t in a rush, however it is longer than advertised.

Staff were nice, didn't get offered a hot drink though even though the staff were drinking them. Haircut was good.
