This was my first time at Glitz and I am absolutely a customer for life now. Sandra firstly came in on her day off to honour my appointment which was really touching and much appreciated! She has had her lovely salon for 28 years and her knowledge and experience in the profession showed. I have really curly hair and like to have a style that allowed my hair to stay long without being all one length. Sandra understood what I wanted immediately and delivered beyond expectations. The haircut was ok - I did not need much, just cutting the ends and this worked ok. They had a delay and I was told I can come back in '30 mins' or any time later which was rather unprofessional but then they managed to put me on a chair within 15 mins (which I guess is acceptable). They apologised for the delay.
All in all, ok-experience.
