The haircut was ok - I did not need much, just cutting the ends and this worked ok. They had a delay and I was told I can come back in '30 mins' or any time later which was rather unprofessional but then they managed to put me on a chair within 15 mins (which I guess is acceptable). They apologised for the delay. All in all, ok-experience.
