Good eyelash tint - the girl was lovely too

I arrived at the salon to find no staff at reception - nail technician just told me to wait. 20 minutes later the masseuse came out. She had been told to do a wax at 4 (I booked for 3:30). She prepared quickly but had to cover the massage table with kitchen roll as there wasn’t anything else. I saw her sniff towels to check if they were clean. The massage itself was excellent but I could hear staff arguing in the office so it wasn’t relaxing. The toilet was revolting.

Very disappointed with my overall experience I didn’t get what I payed for e.g full leg wax! The therapist Rosie Kept leaving the room to answer personal phone calls, whilst the wax was still on! She left loads of wax on my vagina and bum! my legs are still hairy! And now I’m just left in a lot of pain when the job wasn’t done properly.
