It's a good salon and my therapist Ripal is excellent. This is why I go back to the salon and specifically Ripal. I have done so now several times. This last time, the salon's 'tap bank card & pay' machine wasn't working. I was offered a barcode to scan or alternatively download the SumUp app. I did the latter but still wasn't able to make payment. I therefore had to leave to find a cash machine and return to the salon to pay with cash. And I was phoned by the salon to ask why I took so long!!
