For some reason there was a new therapist who did not do the service that I wanted so I left with my booking half complete and then she only took cash and didn’t have any change. Normally love this place but this was really disappointing.

The massage only lasted 40 mins, and was meant to be 60 mins. I get that it should be a little less time, but 40 mins seems silly.
I also got a rash / allergy infection on my eye afterwards - never had that before. Not sure what they used on my eye (was covered with an ointment at one point).
