The worst experience ever. I’ve been there before and came out very satisfied but this time so bad. I don’t know what happened to them. I booked for one hour deep cleansing facial and all I get is massage on my face and neck and even worse the treatment all lasted 35 minutes. I paid for deep cleansing and not for massaging my face. I should really ask for a refund tbh. I went there all happy and got nothing but massaging. I’m so disappointed.
