Very welcoming staff, my therapist was enthusiastic and thorough. I had Shellac manicure that looks nice and neat ready for the Festive Season.

The ladies were very welcoming and professional. I was actually half an hour early and although my therapist was on her lunch break the other therapist started my treatment and the second one finished it saving me time which was very kind of them.

The venue was cold, there was no music in the room. The staff were quite rude and clearly inexperienced. I had two people walk in on me while I was getting dressed and undressed. Also, when I needed to turn over the masseuse didn’t help by lifting the towel so I had to do a quite embarrassing manoeuvre holding onto the towel whilst I flipped. Wouldn’t go back here.
