I had a leg and bikini wax. I did receive great customer service from the beautician when I was there and she was sweet and kind, but when I got home I realised I had lots of wax still left on my legs and they were stubbly! So the hair has just been ripped off and not out of the follicle. There were lots of patches of hair missed as well that I had to pluck out. The bikini wax was a bit better but I did have to pluck a patch of hair out that had been missed. My legs and bikini line are still red raw 7 hours later and when I called to complain and inquire into a refund I was told the manger would call me back but they never did. I paid £40 for what is basically as effective as a painful shave. Really not happy and would not recommend.

The therapist was lovely as were the rest of the staff. She did a great job on my nails - its three days after and still no chips!
The salon itself needs some work - lack of furniture which affects the overall look, plus it needs to be cleaned properly.
