Extremely friendly staff who make you feel right at home, but not the most professional of services: I couldn't get the nail varnish colour I wanted because the bottle was stuck and they couldn't open it, the lady painted my nails but, it was uneven, a lot of varnish went on the skin around the nails which she failed to remove, and, frankly I could have done a better job. Not sure how this place got the positive Treatwell ratings it got, to be honest.
