The staff were polite and the salon was clean. My wax experience wasn't the best I have had as the finish wasn't great. At the end the product wasn't removed properly. Also I'm not new to waxing so know it hurts but the beautician didn't pull the strips properly so they kept getting stuck and my legs were alot more sore than usual, I think she ripped skin on my underarm.
