I'm really saddened to see negative reviews of this place. I found the experience to be a very pleasant one. Yodit and Louisa took really good care of me and were very warm and friendly. They care about the client and took their time in ensuring I was happy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a visit here and not be put off by any negativity. Good vibes! :)

Worst experience ever.
Treatment took over 1.15 hours. Left with burns from the hot wax. Card machine wouldn't work.
2 days later and hair still apparent.
Would not recommend.
Hollywood Waxing

I booked an underarm and hollywood wax and was feeling slightly apprehensive as I had previously booked another appt here which the Salon then cancelled on me on the day, as the staff weren't in- but there was a good deal on this so I decided to give it another go. Unfortunately, although the lady was quite sweet I was disappointed with the actual wax, it was the quickest appt I've ever had at only 20minutes which felt too rushed for a hollywood and underam, it was the most painful appt I've had (she told me she was using a gel instead of the normal warm wax?) and it felt like she was taking much bigger strips at a time compared to other therapists! It was also the least thorough wax I've had, it was more difficult to inspect the hollywood at the time of course (!) but the underarm she simply said "that's the best I can do" even though she had left about half the hairs and that I "had to be patient" because I had shaved in the past and that's why she couldn't tidy up afterwards at all. So I don't understand why all of my other appointments at other salon's have still been able to leave me with a much more thorough finish despite some shaving months previous to the appt? Serves me right for picking the cheap deal, don't think I'll give this one another go.
