The staff were all friendly. The room smelled a little damp which wasn’t a huge issue. There was a folded blanket on the massage table which I was expected to get under but the top of it was covered in other people’s hair. I pointed this out and was told that the blanket was new by the massage therapist but when she unfolded it it was even worse underneath. In the end she gave me a towel to cover myself with but the smell of damp and the dirty blanket left me uneasy.
