I am a regular customer of Glo Beauty Streatham and usually receive good service. However, on this occasion I was very disappointed and felt that the salon did not act in a professional manner. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to find the salon closed. I called the contact number I had for them but got no response. I left a message on the voicemail service and waited for a response. But did not receive one. After waiting for about 15 minutes I eventually left.

The therapist was 30 mins late so the salon was shut when I arrived. The sign has fallen off so I thought they had shut down! The whole thing was really rushed when I did get to have my treatment so the actual finish wasn’t great. They’ve also put their prices up significantly - it’s a real shame as I used to enjoy going there. Hopefully will be better next time!
