When i arrived, no-one came over to ask what i was there for. I had to approach someone and ask where i needed to go (which was downstairs). When i got downstairs i was asked what treatment i was there for but not given any information. My appointment started 20 minutes late. Lady was lovely but didnt say much. I was very pleased with the end result however, by the next morning it looked like i never had the treatment. I was told the HD brows wouldnt last long and was mostly make up however i didnt expect this to be less than 24 hours.
On the plus side, i think prices are reasonable and wide range of services available.

Not the best I have experienced and not sure how experienced the lady was doing it but was more painful than usual!
