waited half an hour before anyone even acknowledged me despite I had appointment booked. Stylist didn’t listen to me. I asked for a long fringe because I have curly hair. She cut it short and said well you asked for it short?! Stylist then chased me down the street screaming that I hadn’t paid despite paying in advance (booked and paid via Treatwell). Overall really disappointed, booked here due to great reviews as a treat but will stick with Rush which is far superior!
