I booked a style with someone specific after reading many positive reviews and when I arrived at the salon I was told he had to leave for an emergency which I totally understand happens. However the person who did my style did the opposite of what I wanted. I don’t think she was very experienced at all. So I was kind of disappointed with my experience there.
