Really great salon with friendly staff. Zoe who did my hair was lovely and spent ages understanding what I wanted as well as offering extra tips. She also did a great job on blow drying my hair!

My manicure was excellent. My beautician was lovely. I can't remember her name but it's one of the best manicures I have had. It's a shame about the salon. It's not horrendous but it could do with a lick of paint and and a bit of a tidy up.

I booked a shellac removal for Saturday and unfortunately inadvertently booked the friday. I was rather annoyed when I realised and more importantly wanted to apologise. The lady at the other end of the phone was very understanding and offered me another appointment, which unfortunately I couldn't make, but wanted to highlight the good customer service and my intention to return.
