Layers are wonky and chunky, and miscommunication on colour. I said I wasn't happy but stylist refused to do further adjustments and told me to call back tomorrow.
I called and was given another appointment, which I was on time for but was ignored for ~30 mins. When the stylist did come over, she led me to the sinks without any consultation. I had to ask what she was going to do (a shadow root blend). I said that I’d prefer to focus on the cut but she said there was nothing she could do to help
