I told the stylist I had some hair loss, and asked her to be careful, but she seemed very rough and even burned my head with the hairdryer. She even charged me an extra fee for ‘styling’, which she recommended without warning me it would cost more. I paid because I don’t like to argue, but unfortunately I won’t be back.

I’m normally quite anxious about perming my hair due to potential risks involved.
The hairdresser was amazing and did a great job reassuring me. I am ecstatic about the result - I requested soft waves with more focus on volume rather than curls and the execution resulted in exactly what I’ve got. I now have nice, bouncy waves. Which is even more impressive as my hair is very long and it must’ve been a challenge to the hairdresser. The hair has a nice texture and no damage is visible.
