Lovely cut as always but would have liked to have known about extra costs before hand. Booked a wash cut a blow dry for my child as usual for £25. At time of payment added staff added £10 on for the blow dry. Was told by the staff because I said "straight blow dry" it's £10 extra. Not sure how I feel about this as had been previously and the same exact wash cut and blow dry was only for the priced booked online. Unexpected cost.

Salon looked shabby from outside inside was nice and clean
.not busy at all. Was meant to be £20 for kids but she charged me £25 saying kids up to 10 are £20. She did not advertise this on treatwell. So it's misleading. Hair wash was a rushed job. So was the cut. Not really a treat ripped off
