I have walked past this hotel many times and never knew there was a spa there. I wasn't expecting much and was absolutely blown away with an amazing experience.
Not only was everyone I met totally lovely, with really friendly, personal service, but I was also able to get a skin scan at the same time which I hadn't been able to book for using treatwell.
The facial itself was utterly lovely and my skin felt really soft and comfortable afterwards. I've had previous facials that felt oily and like they weren't doing anything for my skin but this was a totally different experience. I loved the steam machine and lying on a heated bed was just heavenly.
The skin scan was great - so useful to get to see what's going on with your skin under UV and other lights. Definitely recommend it and it's only £9 or £10!
Highly recommend Gloots and can't wait to try some other treatments and therapies there!

Very professional and friendly staff. Explained process and did a good job. The neck massage was magic. Will go back again.
