A little difficult to find and out of the way inside a hotel basement. The massage was ok thank you
I was feeling my usual stressed out self & the therapist was very calm, friendly and knew exactly what to do to help me relax. A firm, focused massage, with gorgeous aromatherapy scents and the feeling that I could just let go and trust her to work her magic. I had trouble staying awake! I highly recommend Gloots.

The treatment room is lovely, really nicely decorated, very relaxing. The therapist really new what she was doing, very knowledgeable about Dermalogica products (my personal favourite anyway) & what to use for my particular needs, my skin is glowing and completely rejuvenated.

I bought this as a birthday treat for my boyfriend - and we were not disappointed! The spa itself is separate from the hotel (which is nice and gives you a certain amount of privacy). However, there was a slight disconnect between them both on arrival as the receptionist wasn't clear on what the spa day included, and appeared a little stressed out - not the most relaxing start!
As soon as we went down to the spa though, the atmosphere changed and we felt completely calm. Jacquie was lovely and even booked out the hot tub for the afternoon for us solely to use. The treatments were excellent, and if we had met her at the beginning, this would be a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend this to a friend (although watch out for the car park at the back - very easy to miss!)

I can highly recommend the Hot Lava Shell Massage and Facials. While the hotel is small, the staff are welcoming and friendly and Jacqui's treatments are truly wonderfully relaxing. I am looking forward to my next visit.
