Booked the ultimate pamper package with my sister. Jackie and Alison were both very friendly and professional. The aromatherapy massage and facial we had were fantastic. Great value and location. The only downside we experienced were expecting to be able to use the hot tub after our treatment package but it had been double booked for the rest of the day by hotel guests. We were then offered to book it for the following morning as we were staying at the hotel which suited us fine, but were then told the next morning by reception that the hot tub would be closed all day for cleaning. This was disappointing but the spa treatments themselves were lovely!
