I would not recommend Gloots to anyone looking for a stress-free experience. My partner and I signed up for a massage + hot tub package on a Monday. We arrived half an hour early in order to use the hot tub beforehand, only to be told that the hot tub was closed on Mondays, and also our massage had been pushed back by half an hour. We rescheduled for the following Friday, taking extra care to confirm that we could arrive early to use the hot tub "for as long as we want". We arrived 45 minutes early on Friday and were told that the hot tub had been booked and we could not use it until after our massage. When the masseuse came out, 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, she didn't remember anything about our earlier conversation and didn't offer anything besides a halfhearted apology for our wasted time. In total, we wasted about 3 hours in traveling and sitting around due to poor communication from staff. The massages were mediocre, and when we finally did get into the hot tub it was only mildly warm, though the temperature was turned up to max. I would not recommend wasting your time looking for relaxation at Gloots--you won't find it.
Great service yet again. Lovely and warm and relaxing! Jacqui is veto accomodating to your needs and makes sure you are happy. Worth a go or a re-book! Nicky
Thank you kindly for the treatments - feeling good!
Lovely treatments and very satisfied thanks!
Totally 5 star! Had the conductive microtherapy treatment and started to feel the improvement immediately. Husband noted the difference too., can't wait until the next one tomorrow! Usually have the microdermabrasion - but now giving this a go! You should too, would recommend ( both). Jacqui is my go to facialist..
