Had my first facial at Gloots with Jacqui,and it was just perfect. A clean and calming treatment room with a lovely subtle scent of oils. A heated table to relax on whilst my facial was adapted to suit my skin once Jacqui had chatted through my skin care routine and her findings after examining my skin. She has a caring and gentle manner and makes you feel very much at ease and relaxed throughout the treatment. Look forward to my next treatment.
